I am a clinical psychologist based on the Upper East Side in New York City, specializing in the assessment and treatment of young children and their families, and in psychotherapy with adults.

I believe that growth and change emerge out of curiosity about one’s past, one’s relationships, and one’s behaviors and patterns in the here and now. In psychotherapy, whether it unfolds through play with a young child or in conversation with an adult, I aim to be a partner in that curiosity: exploring the dynamics that may have developed for good reasons in one’s past, but that may be getting in the way of functioning and fulfillment now.
